Serie A Matchday 10 runs from Saturday, October 31 to Monday, November 2, and it is headlined by two of Italian football's biggest fixtures: the Milan derby on Saturday night and Juventus vs Napoli on Sunday night. Inter and Lazio go into the round level at the top of the table on 25 points, so both headline games carry real weight in the title race. Here is the full fixture list, the kick-off times, and the games that matter most.

The Milan derby: Inter's lead on the line
Saturday night at San Siro is the fixture of the round. Inter arrive as joint leaders on 25 points from nine games, level with Lazio, while Milan sit fifth on 18 points after a 4-2 home defeat to Bologna in the midweek round. That is a seven-point gap before a ball is kicked — and a derby win would either stretch Inter's advantage or drag Milan right back into the fight.
The derby has its own referee storyline too: Marco Guida takes charge of the Milan derby for the fifth time, with the previous four split evenly at two Milan wins, two Inter wins and a draw. Derbies like this one are rarely decided by form alone, and with the table as tight as it is at the top, the result will shape the next month of the title race.

Juventus vs Napoli: level on points, everything to play for
Sunday night brings the second headline game, and it is beautifully poised: Juventus and Napoli both go into Matchday 10 on 14 points. Napoli arrive in Turin on the back of a 4-1 win at Monza in the midweek round, while Juventus lost 2-0 at Genoa in theirs. One of these two will end the weekend ahead of the other, and the winner takes a real step toward the European places.
Simone Sozza referees Juventus vs Napoli for the second time — the previous meeting he took charge of ended in a 1-1 draw. With both sides level on points and both chasing the teams above them, a draw suits neither. Expect a game that opens up late if either side gets in front.
The rest of Matchday 10
Saturday starts with Bologna vs Monza and Udinese vs Roma before the derby, and Roma — third on 21 points — will be watching the San Siro result closely, knowing a win of their own keeps them in touch with the top two. On Sunday, Lazio host Cagliari at the same time as Frosinone vs Torino, and Lazio know that anything less than a win could hand Inter the outright lead before Juventus vs Napoli even kicks off. Como, fourth on 20 points, host Venezia in the early Sunday game.
Monday closes the round with Sassuolo vs Fiorentina and Atalanta vs Parma. Fiorentina have won only once all season, so the trip to Sassuolo is a big test of their recovery, while Atalanta will want to finish the round with a home win against Parma.
